about

After 15 years of musical silence, Jenny Collet aka Colletti recorded 6 of about 20 songs that she wrote during the past two years.

"I have always been really bad at writing fun songs" is what she says about the record. "Yet, I am a happy person most of the time, at least, I am trying. That is what you might hear on SFFS. It's a melancholy collection."

'PMA' is one of the songs, that describes it best.

Also because of Corona, recording, mixing and mastering with Marco Kallenborn aka Citizen Tim (Midsummer Records) took almost a year. The fact that it is released by Barhill Records is not entirely coincidental: Colletti and label manager Kai Florian Becker worked together years ago in the Saarbrücken record store Rex Rotari. One always meets twice in life...

Colletti Saarbrücken, Germany
